a software that automatically creates accounts & upload files to uploading sites?

I know their are softwares that automatically post topics on forums, register new accounts for blogs, social bookmarking, and so on.

But what about automatic software for uploading sites like megaupload.com, blox.net, scribd.com, etc. Is their any software for these types of sites, so it can automatically register for all and upload files on all sites all at the same time?
