Hmm, I'm not sure I agree entirely with number 4. What it says on there is pretty broad and I think you can use the keyword in your title more than once.
Of course it has to be written in such a way it's readable to humans.
This is exactly right. I'm a big advocate for this, and it can effect clickthrough rates. I do try and write my titles in such a way that is keyword rich and readable (it's not that hard actually). If I get stuck though, I know some people brand their sites with "Name of Site | Keyword string". Not entirely sure if I agree with this (I usually do "Keyword String | Name of Site") but they swear by it.
