(Newbie) What is my network token?

Can anyone please explain to me what exactly a "token", and a "postback" is? Are there any guides on this whole tracker thing? It's really confusing lol. Thanks, Jeremy

Attention: "role based name" email prefixes such as support, webmaster, info, contact, forum, service, affiliate, admin, traffic, partners, marketing, etc., for our member accounts are not permitted.
