Hi, I have a team who conduct a live streaming channel in China. I have been monetizing through other ways, but also have a channel that reviews apps and such. We have a great load of followers on our live channels and would like to monetize through CPA.

When I first got into CPA I noticed a lot of the affiliate networks offer App install offers. I notice a lot of them have caps. I was always 0% ROI. I would be happy hitting a daily cap of 100, but the best I have done was 14 installs a day.

Wow that's interesting to know. But why is it that these networks cap the app installs. It seems like there are a group of people out there thriving, but just don't understand how.
But doesn't it matter about the account and not the handset?
For example, if I download an app from my username get a new phone and download the same app it would not count as a conversion correct?
