Client says website does not load!

Hi all I have built a website for a client, using Wordpress. The client says that it will not load on some PCs and he is asking for all his money back. I checked the site on Firefox, IE and Chrome and it displayed well. Has anyone ever had this before? I need to show you the site but it does...

Attention: "role based name" email prefixes such as support, webmaster, info, contact, forum, service, affiliate, admin, traffic, partners, marketing, etc., for our member accounts are not permitted.
