i use facebook groups quite a bit with good results. Most of the time people are friendly enough although even with good intentions there are people who will accuse you of spam even with 1 link in on thread lol
In my opinion when you buy something that is known to help rather than having to use free products. Free stuff don't normally work anyway. Especially if it is to do with the internet.
The more traffic the more you could earn in effect. You can promote in many ways but generally it is better to do it by yourself and don't buy any products that wont work. It can be free and there are some good tools to help.
yes you can, I can't remember the coding but there is a way to tell the search engines to stop spiders indexing the pages. I have used it before. If it does not work anymore then try to limit as many links you use to the site to keep a low ranking possible.
