1:build site
2:register it with google
3:put in chosen key words
4:make blogs with content about chosen topic with plenty of your chosen keywords inside
5:put links back to your site on those blogs
6:repeat step 4 & 5.
Is that more or less the basic gist?

Ive also made money buying and selling I.T components. So much competition these days for that though.
Theoretically, if a website has very high traffic - will it automatically have good rankings with google - ect?
If not - does it help to have alot of traffic?
