That's what I'm wondering. I'm not doing adwords, and have never done. I do have an account, but haven't used it.
That's the crux of my confusion. If an adsbot is crawling an early site with not too much content, will the quality score be effected by this? I'm guessing probably not, because...

Either Bluehost or Hostgator works well.
I put a lot of my clients on HostGator because 1) they have excellent customer service, 2) they are locate in a datacenter I'm familiar with, 3) they have a pretty comprehensive energy-savings and environmental impact program, meaning, they're green, or...
For what it's worth, I'm a professional graphic designer and have a hosting business on the side, which means that I am well-versed in Unix systems administration.
I've had Dreamweaver for years, and almost never use it. If I want to whip out a site, I do it in a content management system like...
PHP gives you a lot of server-side scripting that HTML can't. The HTML resides inside of the PHP code and displays the page the way you want it to look, but the PHP does most of the interactivity.
If it were me, I would put each of my pages in it's own keyword-named directory with an index.php...
I think I'm just going to keep my head down and keep working on making a great site.
This is a lot like when I first got into the hosting business, all the security and admin stuff had me sweating. All the intricacies of keeping Goog happy is a recipe for sleepless nights.
I've not yet bought...
Me, confused? Never!
What happened was, I had installed a security filter to my server, and all this adsbot activity started up from 'adsbot-google'.
I won't be doing adsense, but planned on buying traffic from search engines, thus my question.
Nope. Not yet anyway. I planned to do a little adwords, but if I was to buy traffic I would look to MSN, Yahoo and maybe Facebook first. I think a lot of my target uses Google.
Top priority is still cranking out all this content, though.
Question for you good people:
Google adbot is searching my new site before I have a lot of content on it. The content that I do have is mostly affiliate links (I only have a few pages at the moment).
Will this early google adbot review affect my quality score?
Thanks for giving me an...
Hey Linda
Yes, it is something I'm passionate about. All of my sites (3 decent ones so far) are on topics I enjoy and believe in. I'm not going to promote junk offers for the money.
I've been a design and branding consultant for a good few years, and I found that I'm a GREAT salesman when I...
I'm new to the affiliate side, having been a service provider for affiliates in the past.
I'm about 3/4 of the way through my first real, purposefully-created niche site. I did the research, ran the numbers, came up with what I think is great strategy and content.
But, like the end of the...
I have a couple of domain names related to my current niche. Basically, I came up with a better name after registering, so I need to figure out what to do with the other ones.
Do you point them all to your main domain with a 301 redirect?
Do you use them to feed traffic to your main...
Wow, very elegant. It allows the affiliate to go very wide while building a deep, rich site.
I get it!
Thanks! I tend to confuse myself sometimes, and there's no better place to get great feedback like this.
