Zeropark: Targeting only USA but 38% of clicks from other GEOs!

I am running a campaign which on Zeropark targeting only Mobile Android USA RON traffic. However when I look in Voluum it shows 38% of my traffic are from other GEOs!!! This means potentially I am already at a -38% ROI loss. Thankfully this has only been running for a few hours.

Is this what to expect from Zeropark USA RON traffic for mobile android?

Same thing happened to me. Just contact support and tell them you are getting traffic from other geos as well.
