YouTube banned in Turkey?

I just saw at a forum that YouTube has been banned in Turkey, can you confirm that Istanbul?

I think YouTube was recently banned in Pakistan. From what I`ve read it seems mostly Moslem countries which tend to take exception to some of the content of YouTube from time to time so it wouldn`t surprise me if that was the situation in Turkey.
