Which search engine should i select to promote my mobile phone website's business.I mean, where should I start from? Yahoo! or Google?

Google is the current market leader. So invest your money in Google Adwords. If you are planning for SEO, both Search Engines value the same SEO procedure. Both Google and Bing (yea , Yahoo is no more) counts backlinks.
