You can try phpmotion. It's free. It is a complete script but it 's not a wordpress plugin

I think there is one called tubepress.. If thats the name, I used it for one of my blogs a while back..

Be careful of the free version of TubePress if you have certain theme that have embedded video. Make sure you do a backup. Didnt really like the free tubepress personally.
