Quick background: I run two large affiliate sites in Croatia with over 100k newsletter subscribers. I used Mailchimp for years and was paying $800+ per month just to send weekly newsletters.
The problem? I only used a small fraction of Mailchimp’s features. Ecommerce workflows didn’t really apply to affiliate publishers, and I was overpaying for a large list that wasn’t generating enough ROI.
I tried Sendy to cut costs. That helped on price, but it was clunky, required constant manual segmentation and maintenance, and the interface felt very outdated, which slowed down how often I could send campaigns.
So I decided to build my own email sending platform with my technical partner. The core idea: reliable delivery, good editor, and pricing based on sending volume, not list size.

- Automatic affiliate link conversion
- Integration with affiliate networks to pull creatives, products, banners, coupons
- Dashboard for affiliate performance: commissions, clicks, revenue by advertiser/segment
- Dynamic segmentation based on affiliate performance and interests
- AI-assisted campaign drafts with highest EPC offers, optimized subject lines, and recommended segments
