I visited Clickbooth about a year ago and they have a pretty nice setup.

I'm going to do a blog post about my offices in a few weeks. Adding some finishing touches to my home office. We've got a pretty nice office for PeerFly, but we've about outgrown it and will need a bigger one very soon
