Divi, Avada, Enfold or X theme... I've read lots of reviews and I'm completely confused.

First of all, what is the main purpose of your website? Are you trying to collect leads in the beginning or promote the offers upfront?

Depends on what you want to build but I would go something fast and clean like themes from Studiopress or MyThemeShop. I use Schema for my review blog. Probably the fastest theme right now and well coded. If you want a free theme, check out GeneratePress.

But if you just want to collect leads, forget about WP. It's overkill. Just create a leadgen page with something like Mobirise or grab a HTML template like this: Booland and edit it in an HTML editor.

If you can afford it check out services like Leadpages or Instapage (my signature). They usually include super fast hosting (so you don't have to pay for vps or do server maintenance), integrated split testing, in depth tracking, analytics etc.

I am using Studiopress for my sites and I really happy with their themes. A bit pricey, but it is well worth it for sure. MyThemeShop has some good themes as well, so they are worth taking a look as well.

What is the main purpose of your website? I used Enfold few times, good theme. Also for website I recommend you to use some personal touches, like live chat or customer support services. Your conversion will grow.

I use the divi theme and absolutely love it. If you want to design a great website without any programming knowledge, Divi is for you. I have also written a review on Elegant Themes (the marketplace that sells Divi).

That's what happen when you read load of reviews, becasue all of them are trying to sell you.
Always try to get suggestion from open place like this forum. The themes you mentioned are good if you prefer drag and drop type interface. Generally, by default these type of themes are not optimize (for SEO). They are good if you are building some big/middle level website for clients that required some complex layout.
If you are building a normal blogging site (may be little different) then mythemeshop and studiopress are good option.
Remember, theme should be optimize(for fast loading), well coded(for security) and easy to use.

You can use a theme that represents your website and makes it easy to remember. Now the simplest the best, a web-design can be great even if you use very simple theme. It will be enough to choose the right colours that associate with the main idea of the site.

The right choice is Monstroid. Maybe someone likes Avada more but I clearly see the difference between them.
