1) Newspaper is powerfull and will be. BUT when you are doing newspaper advertising, don't think that its so simple to get leads from here!! Test, tweak every time when you put ads on it and then you have results try to explode that ad on that newspaper. If you are starting offline marketing - newspapers are bad idea. But if you have money for it, its okay, go for it, but don't start with big amounts of ads.

3) In posters are power. and will be always. Many marketers saying that it died long time ago, because of competition.

ITS NOT TRUE. Just try, and you will see that its still possible make money. But if are going to do , remember offline marketing requires BORING AND BIG JOB.

I have not found Newspaper advertising affective ... However I have had good luck with signs/posters

All of them are good, but each targets different audiences and works in very different ways. It's all in the implementation.
