I'm running a community website. I recently found there's an obvious increase on the percentage of porn images uploaded and also had a couple of complaints from some of my users.
I don't have much time checking each and every picture uploaded, so I googled a bit and found some software

These type of programs create a lot of false positives, so I suggest you rather hire a freelancer to do some filtering for you.

checkout phpclasses.org... i once downloaded a porn detector class, basicly all you do is match pixel colours and if X% of it is skin colour it returns 1 other wise returns null...

wont take long to intergrate that kinda thing into a aplication with some sort of moderation
