Front end: HTML5/CSS3 for the next 10 years out

Backend pick your poison
PHP 7+ is probably the most popular
Server side JavaScript like NodeJS
WebRTC and OpenRTC
will replace RTMP (Flash) until something better comes along ...

As said by others HTML5/CSS3 is the on-going trend for front-end.
But for back-end you have few options , the best would be PHP/MYSQL (in-short its called as LAMP -> Linux Apache MySQL PHP) which is very stable for building / hosting websites as the technology cost is free due to GPL , but you may have to pay for the hosting which you get at very low prices now-a-days due to heavy competition in this industry.
NodeJS / REST APIs are becoming part of the web development in recent times , so you can learn that too.

I agree with the others, for frontend then HTML5/CSS3, for backend now there are quite a few coming up, like GO from Google.
