I am looking for Network that Accept Newbies. Also which has low payout.

I have applied on Maxbounty and they did not accept the application. Dont know why.

How is Profit Kings Media and A4D.

Do you know any other CPA Network that accept Newbies.

if you dont make phone call with your manager of course they dont accept you.

You can try with MatomyMarket or MundoMedia, I think they accept newbies.
