Im a big tools fan, but which network has the best tools these days for incentive traffic?

MGCash has nice tools. Element Locker and others.
CPAGrip File Locker and Content Lockers very easy to customize.
CPALead is also good. They also have MarketPlace where you can buy pre-made landing pages, scripts, etc...

Adworkmedia has some nice content locking tools. Those are really helpful for me and I like other tools as well.
