Where to get the Cheapest Views?

I'm looking for PPV traffic extremely cheap. I don't want bots or traffic exchange sites, but just about anything else will be fine. I'm not sending these people to a cpa offer or anything, I just need to dilute my traffic.

I've heard maxvisits is cheap, but I'm hoping to find something cheaper if possible.

Yeah, you can have a lot of clicks for cheap in these ad networks like ad.fly but the quality will be very poor. Quality doesn't interest you?

Adfly is $5.00 per 1,000 views which is pretty expensive compared to alternatives
