When enrolling in CPA network, may use the blogspot website? although it has been my custom domain. As http://weightlossfollow.blogspot.com be http://weightlossfollow.info

Yes just say you are wanting to direct link some weight loss offer on your weight loss blog and push traffic.

It's ok with a blogspot site. You can get in even without a site. The main important key to get approved in any cpa network is that you must call them up & have a chat with them once you submit the application.

Not the amount of money, but the website building part.

A lot of people join cpa networks just fine without even thinking about registering a $10 bucks domain and they still make money daily without owing a website. These days there are lots of tools online to use to promote where you won't be needing your own domain or website.
