I am an affiliate manager of a dating site and I'm now inviting some guys to join our private label program.

There's a problem. What should I do when inviting other webmasters? I don't know how to appoach them. I don't want it to be like spam.

Email, call them, meet them at conferences, send them some company schwag are all ways that work.

Stuff that you can use to entice them:
split test your own landing pages (and give them choices where to send their traffic)
make landing pages for them
offer them unique keywords
offer new content for their sites
offer volume bonus
