Hey guys, i have always wanted a site like this, but not sure how to make one. What coding is it in, how do i get those referral links, and if i was to just buy a site made like this, how much do you think it would cot me?

basically when they have got 5 people to view there link they can click on a prize, but have to complete a survey first.

Its fake once they get the link view they do the survey and either nothings happen or they are redirected to another cpa offer. Ive coded one of these before.
