what i need to be accepted into CPA network

i am new here and i wan to to know aside from having a blog what else do i need to get accepted into cpa networks and promote their offers.

Usually, as long as you have a plan, you'll get accepted.
Having a plan means knowing which kind of offers you want to promote, and which traffic types you're going to use.

Some networks will require a phone/skype call with you, just to know you're real, and some big networks ask you to run traffic in the first months or at least show some earnings from other networks.
