Its a little confusing the information in the "resource tools" as one would think that the payments with CC are on the part of the publishers payments and in reality what I see is to buy campaigns from advertisers... or am I wrong?
Then they indicate the advertisers can buy campaigns with CC or other systems
It would be interesting as publishers can get their winnings, if with Paypal, Payoneer, Transfer...
