What do you think about the need rating post ?

Hi Christina,

What do you think about the need rating post ? (icones : like, love, sade,haha, angry..)
Do you think it's going to be a huge impact/change for relevance score

If you get a lot of angry icone on your ad post do you stop it ?

From our side if we have too much angry icone we change the post otherwise we ban the user who vote with the "angry icone" from the page. Regarding bad comments our community manager remove them and reply to other questions which it helps for the conversion.

Honestly this is such a new function we're still testing the effects too!

In my opinion negative feedback and also flagging does bad to your overall Quality Score (QS) on the account. It is not the Relevance Score, unfortunately QS cannot be seen.

Facebook is trying to ensure a happy user experience therefore if your ads create negative feedback it will investigate (manual review) if you run them on volume...

I usually just hide bad comments and yes you're doing a great job on being interactive with your commenters. Obviously if your ad only creates negative feedback try to improve it and resubmit a better one.
