I've never seen this discussed openly and I am sure affiliate managers everywhere would like to hear from all of us so they can possibly help.

Affiliate managers don't always send out notifications on sales in advance, leaving us with little time to make the needed changes.
This is not all of my "wish list", but it's the one that creates times of rushing, and that is never good. Some never notify their affiliates of sales and promotions.
