What attracts you to a forum? What makes you register?

#1 - Content must be related to the niche I am interested in.
#2 - Forum MUST be active

If you have some good content but there is not much activity - I may read some topics but will not register or participate

First thing that grabs me is the skin, I need to be able to look at it for a long period of period so the skin needs to be eye appealing and easy to read.

Agree with SkinnerW. It is essential for the communication. After all, this is what forums are all about alongside the valuable resources which webmasters go in search of.
