Web CEO vs SEO PowerSuite

Hi

Apologies if this is in the wrong place.

I want to purchase Web CEO or SEO PowerSuite to help me with my SEO. Please can anyone recommend one over the other? I specifically want to use one or the other to;

• Find coding errors
• Recommend changes to pages
• Highlight KEI
• Recommend keywords

Other elements such as link building are less important to me as I already have strategies in place. I should add that I cannot afford to buy both so I want to try and get the best I can for my money.
