want to setup postback url with Adwork media.

I'm using Hasoffers tracking software for my affiliate network and i want to setup postback url with Adworkmedia. i tried a lot to setup post back but fail everytime. I didn't fire back conversation id from their tracking software. anyone have idea how to setup it? If yes, then please put example url for default and postback.
