PhpProBid www.PhpProBid.com --> I think they are rich they are not responding my mails..

I have never heard of or used this software Istanbul, if they are not responding to your email, that sort of tells you the kind of customer services you will get after buying their software.
Maybe you want to look for other software to meet you needs.
