W3C Standards to Embed Flash in files

Hi,
It may be a very easy question for you (web designers) but i am very much confused in embeding a flash file in my html document according W3C standards.
Errors:

there is no attribute "SRC".


there is no attribute "QUALITY".

and more
what are these please help me out
