Would rather not I like this forum for It's theme. Forums like HF and BHW hurt my eyes. But yea I would still use the forum either way

I am not sure, which kind of design you have in your mind. However I am quiet sure that, this forum is the best in terms of design and operations. Functions like hyperlinking and formatting are great. The bright design in itself is wonderful and everything looks clear. Just as a town looks clean and clear after a good rain... this was my poetic side by the way

But.... more people are supporting a transition, so lets give it a try

Dark themes are more Black Hat in my opinion. Id be keeping my theme as it is Red and white with black ninja has built a recognizable brand

I like both gray scales to white and gray scales to dark. Not full dark and not full white either.
Like as it is now but an option would be just an incentive if it doesnt require too much time (css rocks)
