Here are the answers to your question

1. We aren't against affiliate links, but we are against blacklisted links, that is affiliated links that have been marked as spam previously. That said we also have a reputation to uphold. Volleyy is meant for building relationships between newsletter owners and readers. So some forms of affiliate marketing might not be appropriate.
2. Yes we require that any contact you import have opted in and agreed to receive emails from you.
3. Could you clarify what you mean by inbox rate?
