Using Gather for affiliate sales

Does anyone here ever write on Gather.com? I do from time to time. For me, it is good for links and a little bit of traffic to my affiliate pages. You can also embed affiliate links into the articles themselves.

If anyone here has had a lot of success using gather, please share your experiences.
