Is the unsubscribe rate really low or high??
If it's low then you shouldn't have any problem, but if the unsubscribe rate is high then advertiser will surely pause you from promoting the offer.
Yes,it is high,but no way to control it till now.
Are all GEO's your targeting unsubscribing fast? or just a few? maybe ask the company who gives you the offers for tips/adjustments you should make.
Trying other sources. For example if it is a mainstream offers, try Adwords traffic or social.
If nothing works out, then maybe start searching for others offers.
