Traking CPAGrip with Voluum

Hi!

I'm looking to track CPAGrip conversions with voluum but I'm having some problems, this is what i did so far:

• In the CPAGrip postback tool I put this link from voluum: XXXX.voluumtrk.com/postback?cid={tracking_id}&payout={payout}

• In voluum I create a new offer and set this as the URL: https://www.cpagrip.com/show.php?l=0&u=XXXX&id=XXXX&tracking_id={clickid}

The problem is that when I try to test the postback with the simulator in cpagrip he give me this error:

https://XXXX.voluumtrk.com/postback?cid=user1234&payout=6.5

Status Code: 0

Postback Error: 1 Protocol https not supported or disabled in libcurl

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance

If the error says https is not supported, why don't you try with the http version instead?

Thanks @servandosilva but I had already tried it anyway now I have solved the problem: in voluum i had ticked "Append click ID to offer URLs" so the cpagrip postback didn't worked.

Oh yeah. That's why I don't like to append it automatically.
