TrafficStars or ExoClick in 2026, which is actually delivering?

Looking to diversify off Meta into adult networks for an AI girlfriend subscription offer.
TrafficStars and ExoClick are both top of the list but I am getting mixed signals from older threads.
I also tried TrafficStars a few months ago, but traffic was mostly bots or non engaged users.

For anyone running them recently:

• Which is delivering better quality traffic right now? Specifically in US/CA/UK/AU, men, 25–55.
• How is the bot/fraud situation on each? Any ad formats noticeably worse (popunder vs native vs banner)?
• What would be the minimum amount to deposit in each to actually exit the learning phase and get useful data? is $500 enough or do you need $2k+ to cut through?

Running subscription with rebill, so I care more about paid conversion quality than CPC. Happy to share back what I learn after testing.
