I need some low cost offers that will convert and pay a reasonable payout to be able to afford push ads for.
Working Family Lower Middle Income
4 Tax return dependents 2-3 children in most cases
AGI (Adjusted Gross Income)
2-4
2 = $25,000 under $50,000
3 = $50,000 under $75,000
4 = $75,000 under $100,000
Other possibilities might include education, youth related e-commerce --Family mainstream type items --no dating, nutra or gambling accepted
*Pop2019 is the county not that zipcode A zipcode is 7000-15,000 (usually)
The database to be used is based on the density of child tax credits allowed on income tax returns in each zip code "families" is just my estimate. The rest is from public data US IRS2018 and Census and post office.
This database can be geo-fenced by zip code for search engine ads and Facebook ads.
Low or no cost offers like CPI for games or apps might be a good test maybe a DOI that pays $4 min.
The seems to be a lot of Hispanic possibly in select areas --so any offer with Spanish text that is for US traffic would be interesting as a browser language variant (smart link).
