Governor Quinn of Illinois signed the Affiliate Nexus Tax into law yesterday. This is a huge blow. The law hasn’t passed anywhere since 2009 (NC and RI). I want to say that even if you loses through this legislation the situation is the USA is not so bad as in my country, at first we have no good legislation for online business at all so we have to use it at the same degree ad for example industry does!
