teespring on forums ?

Hi Guys
I am just wondering is it possible to promote teespring tshirts on forums and other places instead of facebook. targeting forums seems a good idea if it works
does that really work?

It's possible just hard to do in a none spammy way,

one way may be taking a t-shirt like "fishing" to a "fishing" forum and posting it in the lounge pretending you just bought one and wanted to share.

It is possible unless the moderator don't delete your post and banned you.
It happen to me last time. And I stop doing it.
