Good luck with this, i don't know can't you scale it up? i think you can achieve better results on this dude. you can use any spy-tool to help you out with this. You can use Admobispy, or whatrunswhere to help you out with this.

Don't change vertical. Any vertical could be profitable! I would like to give you a simple advice, how to find good ppv sources. Create your own landing page and send postbacks to the your tracker each time when email will be submitted. It is will be a kind of garantee that bottleneck is not in the offer, but just in landing page or traffic sources. You will be able to optimize it more quickly and efficiently and then you will replace with real offer.
