Your job as an Affiliate Manager would include:
? Working with our existing affiliate base to leverage our current and future offers.
? Prospecting and recruiting new affiliates to further expand our business.
? Maintaining affiliate records to ensure compliancy and accuracy.
? Support and follow up on needs of affiliates.
? Working with Account Managers & Director to resolve traffic issues.
? Finding new traffic sources representing a diverse mix of media types and verticals.
? Identifying and recommending strategies to improve key performance metrics, including click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI.
? Cross-sell Empyre?s core competencies (Exclusive offers, email marketing and others as they become available).
You are the ideal candidate if you have the following:
? Minimum experience of 2 to 5 years as an affiliate manager for a large affiliate network.
? Experience with the Cake Marketing platform.
? A professional, relationship-focused personality.
? Sales and business development skills, with motivation to meet and exceed monthly revenue goals.
? Excellent time management and organizational skills.
? Solid oral and written communication skills.
? Experience from a home office.
? Proficiency in Internet searches, Microsoft Office applications, basic web design tools (e.g. HTML, graphics programs)
This is a telecommute position requiring you to have a complete home office in a quiet environment. It is preferred you have worked from home in the past.
