Suggestions?

I'm very new to CPA, very eager to start and very broke. (for now)

I have the ability to mail as much as I want. And I have a list of MLM type leads.
The list is from a friend who sells leads to mlmer's. He's giving me some to help me get started.
I have no fear of getting my server shut down but, I don't want to waste time either.

Is it okay to buy lists? Is it effective?
I'm looking for any advice you would give someone in my shoes.

Buying lists is fine as long as you have permission to use them and they are opted in to that list.

Make sure you read over the CAN SPAM rules and put the proper links and legal stuff in your mails.
