Stress and anxiety.... how do you overcome both?

Both stress and anxiety are faced by a normal human being in his day to day life. How do you overcome both if they encounter you?
 
You need to accept that life is full of challenges and there's no need to stress on any problem you face. You just have to choose not to be stressed no matter what you experience. Try to be positive.

Well ... that and being in Vegas doesn't hurt either.
 
I swear, at everything, a lot....then calm and deal with it! :)

Hehe, Im joking, pretty horizontal to be honest, anything that I cant control I dont let it bother me and just deal with. No point getting stressed about something you cant influence or fix.
 
Don't worry about the things you can't control. Take charge of things you do have control over, taking everything one step at a time.
 
I pray, and remember my goals in life. Breath slowly and be calm. Then think of the people who needs me and love me. Then I will say, "I will do it for me and for them". =)
 
Couple of shots of tequila in the evening will set you straight with a repeat whenever you feel it's coming on again.
