I went to start new pay par call campaigning. What is the best free and paid traffic source for pay par call campaigning ??

You won't get any reasonable return from free traffic. Google AdWords Mobile Pay Per Call Campaigns is where the money is. Their platform is all set up for it and no other platform has a comparable program at the moment for launching and earning from these campaigns.

I'd agree with TJ. Free organic traffic takes so long to develop for pay per call most people don't bother.

Start off with google call-only ads. I'd say once that is established as profitable you should look to Bing for scaling - less traffic but better ROI (you do need a good lander there though).

I would have to agree, free traffic is a drag. You want to be getting targated traffic and the best way to do that is to buy traffic.
