Yes, BoxofAds is awesome! I used it for the initial trial period.
Don't know if it's in the OP's budget; he specified low budget.
If you can afford it, @Jaguar definitely get BoxofAds. It's really good, shows you the banners, etc. that exist for that keyword/offer and where they are located (if I remember correctly). It's fast and detailed.
