Spying On Blind Mobile Networks

Hi everyone,

As a newbie, I thought it might be in my interest to spy on my competition and check out the type of offers, landers ect they are running for inspiration.

I've looked at WhatRunsWhere. However, because the mobile network I'm interested in running ads is a blind network, I'm finding it next to impossible to do my reconnaissance.

Could anyone recommend how I can spy on my competition? (I'm all geared up with Hide my Ass and even posted a gig on Fiverr for someone to find me apps within the Network).
