Cheap doesn't really exists with the work quality - if you want quality you have to pay for it!

I personally have used TapIt.com with some success, it has some great targeting options.

I tested Buzzcity for asain traffic long back but didnot had success with each, Anyone had any success with buzzcity ? I tested jumptap too long back, wasnt so profitable, Mobile seems to be the next big thing, But seems like I need to really Grind a lot to get to it... Aaah ! reminds me of the good old days some years back when i was to start into affiliate marketing
